The role
What you'll do
Organize and maintain beauty product information, descriptions, images, and digital assets.
Use AI tools to support research and content creation, reviewing outputs for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice.
Check product pages and shopping experiences for missing information, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve.
Test AI-generated beauty content and recommendations against source information, documenting errors and sharing feedback.
Research beauty brands, products, launches, and e-commerce trends.
Maintain spreadsheets, project trackers, and documentation; coordinate materials, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Help prepare presentations, product demos, and simple performance reports.
What you'll bring
A strong interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and online shopping.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Clear written communication and an eye for polished product content.
Comfort working with spreadsheets, online research, and digital tools.
Curiosity about AI and the judgment to check its work carefully.
The ability to manage several tasks, ask useful questions, and flag issues early.
Helpful experience
Experience in beauty retail, e-commerce, administration, or digital content is welcome. Familiarity with
Sephora, beauty e-commerce websites, ChatGPT, Claude, and other beauty and technology sites
is a plus.
