Oakridge seeks an experienced Grounds Keeping Superintendent based in Cambridge. You will oversee crews, equipment, schedules, and service delivery across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Brantford, and London. The work includes commercial property maintenance, snow and ice management, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead crews delivering safe, high-quality grounds maintenance
Assign daily tasks and monitor progress
Coordinate equipment and schedules across multiple properties
Conduct site inspections and coordinate corrections
Build relationships with property owners and managers
Requirements:

Previous grounds maintenance experience
Supervisory experience leading grounds maintenance crews
Knowledge of equipment and safe operating practices
Experience with snow and ice management operations
Valid driver’s license and service-area travel ability
Bring grounds maintenance leadership, scheduling, and quality-control experience to Oakridge’s commercial properties across Southwestern Ontario.
