Wire Rod Inside Sales Representative
Metal Processing Group, an Affiliate of The Heico Companies
Manage wire rod orders, customer requests, and production scheduling as an Inside Sales Representative supporting accurate industrial sales coordination.
This Inside Sales Representative receives trade and affiliate orders, reviews credit, and obtains production approval. The work includes customer records, shipping forecasts, purchase order verification, and coordination across Quality Assurance, Shipping, Accounting, and production. It also supports customer communication and order changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, approve, schedule, and expedite wire rod orders
Process order modifications and advise personnel of necessary changes
Answer customer information requests and maintain business records
Forecast customer shipment tons for the Shipping department
Coordinate customer visits to IRM
Requirements:
Awareness of department Quality Standards
Adherence to department ISO procedures
Compliance with company regulations and policies
Observance of all safety rules
Ability to perform assigned duties and prepare reports
Apply order coordination, customer communication, and production scheduling skills across wire rod sales operations and shipments.
