This Bilingual Insurance Advisor supports complex customer transactions and moderate to high complexity financial products. You provide professional service, understand customer needs, and offer guidance based on total financial situations. The role also supports referrals, risk management, accurate documentation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sound advice during every customer interaction
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and exceptions promptly
Identify cross-sell opportunities and internal partner referrals
Promote products, advice, services, and banking capabilities
Protect organizational interests through risk management
Requirements:
Bilingual English and French communication skills
Undergraduate degree and/or two years relevant experience
Specialized expertise supporting complex customer transactions
Knowledge of moderate to high complexity financial products
Specific formal certifications generally required at this level
