Resident Heavy Equipment Repair Technician

Serve Brandt customers from Lethbridge through agricultural equipment repair, preventative maintenance, reconditioning, and detailed technical documentation.
This Resident Heavy Equipment Technician position reports to Brandt’s Claresholm branch and works primarily in a shop environment. You will repair agricultural-based equipment and attachments while supporting customer-site service when needed. The role suits technicians who solve problems, document repairs accurately, and continue learning equipment technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain agricultural equipment and attachments
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and fluid changes
Test equipment and complete infield optimization adjustments
Recondition pre-owned equipment for continued use
Complete accurate repair order documentation
Requirements:
Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment
Ability to complete detailed notes on every repair order
Basic to above-average computer skills
Passion for problem solving and technical learning
Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician certification is an asset
Use your repair knowledge, maintenance discipline, and documentation skills to support Brandt agricultural equipment in southern Alberta.
