Accounts Payable Supervisor Fort Saskatchewan
EllisDon
Lead high-volume accounts payable operations in Fort Saskatchewan using electronic workflows, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Work with EllisDon and PME Inc.
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will serve as a key team member within PME Inc., part of the EllisDon group. The position supports construction payables across multiple projects and provinces. You will coordinate invoice processing, subcontract verification, vendor relationships, and payment approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer electronic workflow payment processes
Assist with vendor account reconciliations
Mentor and support accounts payable team members
Support month-end close activities, including accruals
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Five or more years of experience, preferably construction
Degree or diploma in a related field
High-volume, multi-project, multi-province payables experience
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
