Building Operator Regina Facilities

Operate commercial facilities across Regina with HVAC and building automation expertise. Black & McDonald offers an intermediate-level Building Operator role for experienced professionals.
As Building Operator, you will maintain assigned client facilities across Regina and the surrounding area. The work includes planned maintenance, mechanical inspections, minor repairs, and safety oversight. You will support reliable operations while working with subcontractors, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan responsive and planned maintenance using BAS or facility systems
Conduct tours, log readings, and inspect mechanical equipment
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate work activities
Respond to tenant complaints and prepare client progress reports
Requirements:
Minimum three years’ Building Operator experience
Commercial facility operating experience preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and troubleshooting
High school degree required; Class 5 Power Engineering certification considered an asset
Clean Class 5 Saskatchewan driver’s license and travel availability
