Grants Specialist Client Portfolio Management

Manage Canadian grant portfolios remotely with Zero To One Strategic, using opportunity oversight, client coordination, and strong editing skills.
As a Grants Specialist, you will manage 50+ active client accounts across grant strategies. You will translate business priorities, projects, and technical roadmaps into fundable strategies. The work spans opportunity assessment, submissions, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Own 50+ active client grant portfolios
Coordinate founders, contractors, and internal resources
Monitor federal and provincial funding opportunities
Review, edit, and quality check submissions
Track deadlines, outcomes, documentation, and follow-ups
Requirements:

Two or more years in grants or funding advisory
Experience managing high-volume clients or projects
Strong editing, review, and quality-control skills
Understanding of Canadian government funding programs
Excellent organization and professional communication
