Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth client assessments and interventions
• Liaise with healthcare specialists and authorities
• Engage in crisis management and emergent response
• Offer structured referrals and consultation for families
• Document client progress and compliance with health guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work needed
• Registration with BC College of Social Workers required
• Minimum of 2 years related experience
• Valid BC Driver’s License needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
