Drive winery retail, events and guest experiences at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards with sales leadership and strong hospitality management.
Based in British Columbia’s South Okanagan, the Retail & Experience Manager leads a broad destination-winery operation. You will connect retail, tasting room, tours, patios and event spaces with customer expectations and business objectives. Partner with the Estate Manager and cross-functional teams on experiences, group bookings, concerts and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop revenue strategies for wine, merchandise, tours and events
Inspire consultative service that builds customer loyalty
Plan and execute the Summer Concert Series
Support off-site tastings and collaborative promotional initiatives
Manage budgets, labour costs and operating expenses
Requirements:
Proven team management, coaching and performance leadership
Understanding of service connections to business results
Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Interest in wine and willingness to learn
Apply commercial awareness, people development and hospitality expertise to grow memorable experiences across Tinhorn Creek’s destination property.
