Regional Clinic Manager – Urgent Care

Our client needs a Regional Manager in the Charlotte metro to own performance, culture, and patient experience across a growing clinic network. Compensation: Base:
$60,000-$80,000 base DOE + Bonus: $300 per clinic every 4 weeks (about $15,600/year across 4 clinics) + $4,000 signing bonus, paid in two installments + additional sales incentives
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead operations and performance across four urgent care clinics
Manage MAs, NPs, PAs, and floaters, including scheduling, hiring, coaching, and terminations
Control labor spend and supply inventory against budget
Serve as the corporate presence enforcing policies and standards
Solve staff issues and troubleshoot in real time
Drive patient satisfaction and accountability
Step in on short notice when a clinic needs backup
What You'll Need to Be Considered:
RN with management experience, NP/PA with leadership experience, OR a Masters, healthcare administration, or multi-site management background
Availability for calls during clinic hours, 7 days a week
Comfort with heavy day travel and occasional overnights
Steady composure when the curveballs come
