Senior Cereal Business Finance Analyst

Guide Cereal portfolio performance with P&L understanding, financial analysis, and cross-functional influence at General Mills Canada Corporation. Support strategic objectives through planning and execution.
As Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide finance partnership for the Cereal Business Unit’s Market Strategy and Revenue Management team. The work connects Business Unit and Sales teams while supporting pricing, merchandising, trade mechanics, and forecast accuracy. You will simplify complex financial models for organizational stakeholders and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Cereal business performance and influence strategic results
Partner with Sales and Business Unit Finance teams
Communicate modelling assumptions through the S&OP process
Support pricing, merchandising, and trade mechanics decisions
Champion controls across the Market Strategy environment
Requirements:
Finance or Business Administration university degree
Three or more years of relevant Finance experience
Commercial experience is an asset
Ability to make complex financial information simple
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Use P&L expertise, analytical judgement, and business partnership skills to support Cereal strategy at General Mills Canada.
