Supported Living Quality Assurance Manager

Lead Supported Living quality assurance for Salutem across the UK, using CQC regulations, Reach Standards, and a hybrid working model.
As Quality Assurance and Improvement Manager, you will serve as the named Supported Living Quality Lead within Salutem’s Adult CQC QAIM Team. You will oversee quality activity across Supported Living services and flex capacity across adult services when operational risk, inspections, or priorities require it. The role reports to the Group Head of Quality Assurance, Compliance and Inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance across Adult Supported Living services
Drive mock inspections, evidence packs, and action planning
Advise on CQC regulations and Reach Standards
Coach Registered Managers on governance and person-centred outcomes
Produce reports using audits, incidents, complaints, and KPIs
Requirements:
Typically five or more years’ health or social care experience
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
Proven Supported Living and Reach Standards experience
Experience delivering audits, inspections, reviews, and action plans
Willingness to travel across England with overnight stays
