As an experienced Health Concierge, you will own results across a strategic pipeline while helping strengthen team performance. You will test outreach approaches, support onboarding through shadowing and call reviews, and partner across Marketing, clinic, and member support teams. The position combines quota-carrying sales with peer coaching and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Support new teammates through shadowing and call reviews
Refine cadences, scripts, and sales processes
Partner with Marketing, clinics, and member support
Escalate medical questions to appropriate clinical teams
Comply with consent, privacy, and do-not-call requirements
Requirements:

Four to six years of quota-carrying outbound experience
Experience coaching, onboarding, or supporting peers
Resilience and self-direction in target-driven sales
Post-secondary business, marketing, or communications education
Healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or medical sales experience preferred
