Retail Technology Support Analyst
Northwest Permanente
Support NWC store technology remotely from Gibraltar House in Winnipeg, using troubleshooting and POS expertise to maintain operational performance.
As a Retail Technology Solutions Analyst, you will support all North West Company banners. Your work includes ticket resolution, system and server builds, data communication diagnostics, and balancing or recovery activities. You will also fulfill service requests and support store upgrades, openings, and related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide rotating 24x7 Tier 2 on-call store support
Analyze and resolve daily trouble tickets
Deliver preventative maintenance for store systems
Provision equipment and services through Service Requests
Travel onsite for openings, upgrades, and disaster recovery
Requirements:
Computer-related degree, diploma, or Windows certification
Minimum two years supporting technical environments
Direct experience supporting Point of Sale applications
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to travel within Canada to remote locations
