Development Database Specialist Calgary
Inn From The Cold
Support donor data and fundraising insights at Inn from the Cold in Calgary through Raiser’s Edge NXT and accurate database management.
The full-time Development & Database Specialist supports The INN’s Philanthropy & Engagement strategy. You will maintain donor records, process donations, analyze fundraising data, and support annual giving. The role also strengthens stewardship, prospect development, and team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain donor and gift records in Raiser’s Edge NXT
Process donations and charitable tax receipts accurately
Generate reports and analyze donor data
Coordinate direct mail, digital, and monthly giving programs
Support stewardship, prospect research, and donor recognition
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
At least three years of direct fund development experience
Three years’ experience in fundraising and donor services
Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT or comparable database
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel
Bring donor database management, fundraising analysis, and stewardship expertise to support Inn from the Cold’s mission in Calgary.
