Learning Systems Training Specialist
MCAP
Administer learning systems and deliver technology support for MCAP’s Learning & Development and Single-Family business teams across multiple locations.
This Learning Technology Specialist role focuses on implementing training programs and supporting leadership initiatives. You will administer Learning Management and Knowledge Management Systems, help design technology training, and provide technical support for live deliveries. You will also communicate technology changes and research industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Learning Management System operations
Administer Knowledge Management System operations
Support business units designing technology training
Draft communications about changes and training events
Research trends and recommend appropriate learning technology solutions
Requirements:
Minimum two to three years of Learning and Development experience
Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Cornerstone
Minimum two years of live video streaming experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Use learning systems, eLearning tools, and communication skills to support effective technology training at MCAP.
