Accounts Receivable Administrator Construction

Manage accounts receivable for Oxford Builders Supplies, supporting cheque deposits, cash receipts, collections, and customer invoicing within the EllisDon Group.
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will handle daily and monthly receivables activities for a construction equipment and maintenance supplier. The work includes accounting databases, Excel, Microsoft programs, customer communication, and project-related billing support. You will also work with the AR Manager on assigned Accounts Receivable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Record daily and weekly cheque deposits
Enter cash receipts daily
Collect payments from external customers
Distribute monthly invoices and customer statements
Update the monthly accounts receivable ledger
Requirements:

Minimum one year of accounting experience
Construction-related accounting experience preferred
Working knowledge of accounting databases
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs
Accounts receivable or customer service experience
