Bilingual Seasonal Talent Acquisition Specialist

Use bilingual sourcing and recruitment expertise as Strathmore’s Seasonal Talent Acquisition Specialist in a hybrid Toronto position supporting Ontario operations.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time permanent specialist recruits seasonal and permanent operational employees for landscaping and snow removal. The position dedicates 80% of its work to talent acquisition and 20% to basic HR support. You will build candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring, and assist employees with routine HR questions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and permanent operational positions
Execute summer and winter recruitment campaigns
Source candidates through platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen applications, interview candidates, and coordinate hiring decisions
Maintain employee records and update information in ADP
Requirements:
One to three years of recruitment experience
Strong sourcing skills across multiple vacancies
Excellent written and spoken English and French
Applicant Tracking System experience; ADP is an asset
Valid driver’s licence and Ottawa–Gatineau travel ability
