Build major donor relationships for TCF Canada while using personalized stewardship and solicitation strategies to expand philanthropic support. This role centers on purposeful fundraising.
The Donor Engagement Officer develops long-term engagement with major donors and high-net-worth individuals. You will create proposals, impact reports, meetings, and follow-up plans while supporting TCF Canada’s education work in Pakistan. The role also requires researching prospects and maintaining fundraising records.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with major donors and high-net-worth individuals
Develop personalized stewardship and solicitation strategies
Prepare proposals, impact reports, and follow-up plans
Research and qualify prospective major donors
Track interactions and fundraising progress in the CRM
Requirements:

Minimum two years of fundraising or similar experience
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system
Strong written communication skills
Strong communication skills over the phone
