About the Opportunity

People in these positions operate at the working level and serve as a key link between their own department and internal and/or external work units. These roles coordinate and align activities involving multiple people, processes, or components, bringing them together to achieve defined outcomes. Positions may contribute to planning but typically do not hold final decision‑making authority. Employees integrate information from various sources and provide clarification and guidance on processes, policies, and procedures. They act as a central point of information and may serve as a spokesperson for coordinated activities. Work is typically carried out through influence rather than formal authority. In addition to coordination responsibilities, positions include administrative and communication duties and may perform lead‑hand or limited supervisory functions.
