Front Line Production Team Lead

Guide front-line manufacturing employees toward production and quality goals while developing team members. Support safe, efficient operations through training and communication.
As Production Area Lead, you will manage daily plant activities for an assigned area at Give & Go. The work includes organizing personnel, providing tools and resources, mentoring employees, and addressing issues affecting subsequent shifts. Lean manufacturing knowledge, training ability, and basic troubleshooting experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Instruct, guide, and assist employees with work procedures
Develop and mentor team members through required training
Ensure production standards and schedules are achieved
Facilitate shop-floor meetings and shift administration
Report operational issues to supervisors and incoming shifts
Requirements:
High school diploma completion
Minimum five years front-line leadership in manufacturing
Lean manufacturing and equipment procedure knowledge
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Ability to work in a team-setting environment
