Operational risk and advanced Excel skills define this full-time VIE assignment in Montreal with Crédit Agricole CIB Canada. French and English fluency is required.
As an Operational Risk Manager, you will support the Operational Risk Director in the United States. The assignment covers Canada’s Operations business line, including controls, incidents, reporting, and coordination. You will assist with daily activities and projects while developing operational risk knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and document level 1 controls with line management
Monitor control execution and identify control weaknesses
Support control testing and supervised level 2.2 spot checks
Analyse incidents, track action plans, and support audits
Collect KRI and KPI data for management reports
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Finance from an eligible institution
Zero to two years of experience
Entry-level knowledge of Risk Control and post-trade environments
Strong Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel proficiency
Fluent French and English with analytical rigor
