Finance and Operations Manager
Mount Carmel
Lead finance and operations at Mount Carmel Clinic in Winnipeg with accounting expertise and an on-site, full-time schedule. Support financial services and maintenance operations.
The Finance and Operations Manager supports the Director of Finance and Operations across Financial Services and Maintenance. This permanent position leads accounting, financial reporting, maintenance contracts, and staff supervision. It requires accounting education, operational leadership, and strong communication. The role also supports Mount Carmel Clinic’s mission, values, and philosophies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities
Oversee maintenance programs and related contracts
Supervise Finance and Maintenance staff
Plan and complete maintenance and renovation projects
Support the Director of Finance and Operations
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in an accounting program
Minimum five years’ related accounting and operations leadership experience
Intermediate to advanced computerized accounting systems proficiency
Working knowledge of Manitoba Safety and Health standards
Strong financial analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
