Lead recruitment and employee relations for CTG Group Companies, supporting CTG Brands Inc. and Giftcraft 2025 Inc. through transformation.
This hands-on Human Resource Manager leads HR functions across both organizations. Responsibilities include onboarding, retention, policy development, performance management, culture initiatives, and contractor administration. The position also supports compliance, compensation, benefits, and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Develop HR policies aligned with company goals
Guide managers through employee relations and disciplinary actions
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration support
Drive engagement, culture, compliance, and change initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Five or more years of HR generalist or management experience
CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
Knowledge of Ontario and British Columbia employment standards
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Bring hands-on HR leadership, employee relations expertise, and policy knowledge to CTG Group Companies during organizational transformation.
