Commercial leasing expertise drives this full-time Paralegal role at Tidan, performed 100% on-site in downtown Montreal near McGill Metro Station.
As part of Tidan’s two-lawyer legal team, you will manage assigned commercial leasing matters and maintain corporate records. You will support real estate transactions and financing activities across the Group. The position requires French and English drafting, professional judgment, and independent file management.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft commercial leases, renewals, amendments, and assignments
Review leasing documents and flag deviations for lawyers
Manage files from instructions through document execution
Prepare contractual notices under lawyer supervision
Maintain corporate records and prepare routine resolutions
Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant Paralegal experience
Hands-on commercial lease drafting and administration experience
DEC or AEC in Paralegal Technology or Legal Techniques
Excellent French and English legal drafting skills
Independent prioritization, organization, discretion, and sound judgment
Bring bilingual legal drafting, commercial leasing, and independent file management skills to Tidan’s Montreal legal team.
