The Monitoring Center Subject Matter Expert supports the Territory Technical Support team for Advantage + Elite contracts. This specialist monitors connected systems, investigates root causes, identifies process deviations, and develops timely solutions with customers and service teams. The role interfaces with customer Champions, Husky’s Program Manager, Technical Support, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor performance, weight, quality, and energy availability indicators
Interpret data against established limits and rank concerns
Document issues in the BaanLN Call VA system
Troubleshoot detected issues and develop applicable solutions
Escalate findings and contribute to weekly reports
Requirements:

Five to ten years’ injection molding service experience
Advanced knowledge of Husky injection molding systems
Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and technical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of injection molding processes and Windows applications
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Apply monitoring, root-cause investigation, and Husky injection molding knowledge to support Advantage + Elite customers from Bolton.
