Key Responsibilities:
• Own adaptive optics requirements and performance for laser systems
• Lead technical interface with external partners on beam control

• Drive resources and schedules for adaptive optics projects

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in optics, physics, or related field
• 8+ years of optical science and adaptive optics experience
• Proven delivery track record in beam control systems
• Experience with high-energy laser systems
