As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer, you will support operational, corporate, sales, and engineering hiring. You will research candidates, engage passive talent, and evaluate technical competence alongside culture add. The role partners directly with hiring managers and technical leads across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source passive candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and communities
Drive recruiting from technical intake through offer close
Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and technical leads
Maintain ATS data integrity, progression tracking, and reporting
Improve pipeline velocity, feedback loops, and interview turnaround times
Requirements:
Three to four years of technical recruitment experience
Strong in-house technology sourcing or full-cycle recruitment track record
Hands-on ATS and candidate relationship management experience
Required familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
Clear communication and persuasive technical outreach skills
Bring technical sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring-manager partnership to LMI’s international recruitment efforts in Burnaby.
