Senior Tax Reporting Operations Officer

This Senior Wealth Operations Officer role spans Tax Reporting and Custodial Operations. You will investigate partner inquiries, explain technical information clearly, and support timely solutions within established Service Level Agreements. Collaboration with subject-matter experts is central.
Key Responsibilities:
Support tax slip generation and CRA filing activities
Complete tax-related calculations and financial information requests
Research inquiries received through phone and written channels
Keep partners informed about research and escalation needs
Support procedures, controls, testing, and process improvements
Requirements:
Three or more years of financial-services experience
Knowledge of tax reporting or Wealth Operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to explain detailed information concisely
Operational systems familiarity is an asset
Use tax reporting knowledge, analytical judgment, and careful execution to support accurate Wealth Operations services at TD.
