Apartment Leasing Marketing Professional

Apartment leasing and marketing expertise drive Greystar community occupancy and resident retention. This position combines prospect qualification, tours, and renewal coordination.
As a Leasing Professional, you coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a rental housing community. You greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease and move-in packages. You also support resident satisfaction, occupancy goals, revenue, and lease renewals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct community tours and show apartments to qualified prospects
Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
Coordinate apartment readiness with maintenance before move-in
Implement referral, employer outreach, and internet marketing activities
Prepare and complete resident lease renewal documents
Requirements:

Required state and local licenses or certifications
Valid driver's license for operating a golf cart
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, and climb
Ability to lift twenty-five pounds independently
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Support Greystar apartment communities through marketing, leasing, resident service, occupancy management, and timely renewals.
