This role demands a strong leader with over ten years of project management experience, particularly in construction or industrial settings. You will manage multiple high-value highway maintenance projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and focusing on budget, scope, and schedule adherence. Your leadership will help drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across diverse worksites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Ledcor’s safety-first culture on project sites
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage project cost tracking and documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards
• Engage subcontractors and suppliers for timely project delivery
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in project management roles
• Deep understanding of Health and Safety standards
• Relevant engineering or business degree preferred
• Experience with project management software like InEight
• Open to relocation to Edmonton; packages available
