As a Senior Project Manager at Ledcor, you will harness over ten years of experience to guide multifunctional teams on projects that span three to ten years with significant revenue potentials. Your responsibility centers around operational excellence and advocacy for safety, compliance, and financial health on project worksites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Ledcor's safety-first culture on all sites
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Manage project financial health and documentation systems
• Ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulations
• Key point of contact for client relationship management
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in dynamic project management roles
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety standards
• Experience with Canadian Construction Safety Association members
• Post-secondary degree in engineering or business preferred
• Willingness to relocate to the Edmonton area
