Strengthen culinary operations at Milestones as a Sous Chef, focusing on food quality, cleanliness, systems, standards, and cost controls.
This experienced Chef or Sous Chef supports the culinary program at a Milestones location. You will maintain high food standards and cleanliness while working with fellow Chefs on menu execution. The role also covers culinary systems, food and beverage costs, and back-of-house labour.
