Newmarket Place is seeking a Maintenance Services Worker to join the Plant Maintenance department. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repairs for plant systems
• Maintain grounds and building infrastructure
• Manage tools and equipment effectively
• Collaborate with facility staff for repair scheduling
• Support safe operational practices in all tasks
Requirements:
• One year of experience in maintenance work
• Boiler Operator License as per safety regulations
• Fireman Boiler Operator certificate required
• Valid Class 5 driver's license necessary
• Additional certifications as required by the job
