Veterinary Hospital Operations Manager

Lead Plessis Veterinary Hospital operations through people-first management, team development, and exceptional employee, client, and patient care every day.
As Hospital Manager, you will partner with the Managing DVM to guide daily operations and strengthen clinic performance. Your work will include coaching, mentorship, financial accountability, staffing support, and client experience leadership. You will help maintain a positive, inclusive, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop teams through coaching, mentorship, and supportive feedback
Manage payroll, inventory, compliance, facilities, and vendor relationships
Analyze income statements, forecast, and plan hospital budgets
Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team building
Resolve client issues compassionately and professionally
Requirements:
People-first approach to leadership and team development
Ability to balance logistics with big-picture thinking
Strong problem-solving and planning skills
Inclusive, team-first approach that helps people feel valued
Three or more years leading in multi-departmental settings preferred
