You’ll serve as a vital member of the HR team, focused on talent acquisition and employee support throughout their journey. This role requires organizing recruitment processes, managing HR documentation, and facilitating engaging new hire orientations. Work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and candidates to enhance our people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to HR inbox inquiries promptly
• Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately
• Administer Dayforce and maintain employee records
• Prepare HR documentation and communications
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate experiences
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• 2-3 years of HR experience in relevant roles
• Familiarity with Dayforce or similar HRIS
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with vehicle access
