OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Soft Services Supervisor to support cleaning, catering, reception, waste, landscaping, and pest control services. You will work alongside Site Facilities Teams and contribute to service excellence across several client sites. An enhanced national security clearance is required before commencing employment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and guidance to Site Facilities Teams
Work alongside teams to complete operational tasks
Coordinate soft services across one or more sites
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Promote employee engagement and service excellence
Requirements:

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Methodical and meticulous approach to work
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Facilities, maintenance, or similar experience preferred
Relevant BICSc or Health & Safety certifications advantageous
Use your team guidance, organization, and soft services experience to support consistent facilities delivery for OCS UK & Ireland.
