About the Role
At My Mutual, we believe every interaction matters. As the first point of contact for many of our members, brokers, and visitors, our Administrative Assistants help create a welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping others, stays organized, and takes pride in providing excellent service. In this role, you'll support our team with a variety of administrative responsibilities while contributing to a positive and welcoming workplace.
This is a full-time, temporary position based in our Waldheim office, providing maternity leave coverage for an anticipated period of 12 months.
What You'll Do
Welcome visitors and provide professional front-line customer service
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Receive and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and packages
Provide administrative support to departments across the organization
Coordinate office supplies, building maintenance, and administrative activities
Support company events and provide backup coverage for other Administrative Assistants
Contribute to additional projects and initiatives that support organizational priorities
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a customer service or administrative support role is considered an asset.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Candidates must reside within Saskatchewan.
