Use Excel and data-handling skills to maintain product specifications and support customer-focused operations at Trophy Foods in Mississauga.
This Data Administrator position supports documentation for private label nuts, seeds, dried fruit, mixes, and confections. You will maintain Excel-based Product Specification Sheets, verify shelf life and pallet configuration, and update operational systems. The role also requires clear follow-up and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Excel-based Product Specification Sheets
Confirm shelf life and pallet configuration details
Post approved documents to JDE
Enter accurate information into databases and systems
Provide status updates and follow up on requests
Requirements:
Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience analyzing and maintaining data
Strong written communication, especially through email
Ability to work independently and manage commitments
Manufacturing experience considered an asset
Strengthen product documentation accuracy through Excel analysis, system maintenance, and dependable communication across Trophy Foods teams.
