Key Responsibilities:
• Provide RPN responsibilities in general medicine and senior care
• Coordinate care with interprofessional healthcare teams
• Document patient information using Meditech 6.0 system
• Mentor new hires and RPN students for smooth integration
• Engage in unit projects and hospital committees as needed
Requirements:
• RPN diploma from a recognized institution
• Current RPN registration with Ontario's College of Nurses
• Minimum 2 years of medical/senior care experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Competency in critical nursing procedures and health teaching
