Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and energize the restaurant team with hospitality focus
• Improve service and sales while maximizing profitability
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
• Mentor and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors
• Manage day-to-day operations and assist the GM
Requirements:
• 2+ years of leadership in full-service restaurants
• Proven ability to motivate and support others
• Strong communication skills, calm under pressure
• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Experience in training and development preferred
