In this position, you’ll cover breaks, lunches, and ensure ratio coverage in a dynamic child care setting. Your strong initiative, organizational skills, and dependability will be crucial. You will communicate effectively with staff, parents, and governing agencies, and help implement engaging early childhood programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cover breaks and lunches across different rooms
• Maintain positive behavior management strategies
• Implement early childhood programs as required
• Communicate professionally with children, parents, and staff
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
• Understanding of child care operations and regulations
• Strong communication skills with children and parents
• Flexibility and dependability to meet shifting needs
