General Manager with Catering Expertise

Drive operations as a General Manager focusing on catering and retail services. Your leadership will ensure high service standards and financial management at our North York, Ontario location.
We seek an experienced General Manager, ideally with multi-unit management experience, to oversee all aspects of our food service operations. This role involves budgeting, financial reporting, and the successful implementation of marketing and catering programs. You will lead a skilled team while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and staffing to meet service level agreements
• Complete payroll, sales reports, and financial summaries accurately
• Oversee human resources and maintain personnel files
• Control food costs and ensure quality meal production
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional catering service
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of foodservice management experience
• Advanced Food Service Training certification required
• Strong experience with catering and large event hosting
• Proven financial management abilities in foodservice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
