Vendor Management Specialist Hybrid Role

Elevate procurement processes at HIS Canada Travel Inc. as a hybrid Vendor Management Specialist. Collaborate with various departments to support sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
In this full-time position within the Human Resources department, you'll leverage strong analytical skills and commercial judgment to manage procurement activities and improve vendor relationships. Your role includes establishing a centralized contract inventory, evaluating vendor proposals, and conducting negotiations to drive organizational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities
• Coordinate competitive sourcing documents like RFPs and RFQs
• Conduct vendor evaluations and prepare bid comparisons
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of vendor contracts
• Monitor vendor performance and manage ongoing relationships
Requirements:
• 3–5 years' experience in procurement or vendor management
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• Experience with RFPs and competitive sourcing processes
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Understanding of procurement best practices
