Senior Health Systems Business Analyst
Fraser Health Authority
Lead health information systems analysis with Fraser Health in a flexible hybrid environment based at Central City in Surrey, British Columbia.
The Senior Business Analyst provides leadership in business process reengineering, requirements gathering, data analysis, and change management. You will support client-facing and internal Informatics services, clinical processes, and corporate systems across Fraser Health. The work includes regular site visits and collaboration with teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business requirements analysis for Informatics service delivery processes
Conduct workflow analysis and develop business information models
Support project planning, execution, and change management activities
Lead small health information systems projects
Resolve complex systems and business process issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems Management or related field
Three to five years of recent related experience
Experience with health and corporate information systems
Strongly preferred experience with PARIS and Procura EMR systems
Valid British Columbia driver's licence and reliable vehicle access
