The Body Shop Estimator provides customers with optimal service while supporting vehicle repair operations. AWIN Advanced Body Shop | Green Lane requires at least three years in a similar role or automotive position. Core work includes assessing structural components, coordinating with Body Technicians, pricing vehicles, and answering customer questions. You will manage repairs through completion and confirm repaired vehicles meet standards. The role calls for automotive functionality knowledge, professional communication, confidentiality, and strong organization. Experience with Mitchell or Audatex is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate vehicle structural components
Coordinate with Body Technicians during dismantling
Apply insurance guidelines to repair estimates
Communicate repair information and answer questions
Inspect completed repairs for quality
Requirements:
At least three years of relevant automotive experience
Sound understanding of automotive functionalities
Experience with Mitchell or Audatex
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to influence, negotiate, and mediate effectively
Support collision repair quality through structural assessment, insurance estimating, and dependable communication with AWIN customers.
