As a Personal Support Worker, you will report directly to the Director of Care. Your responsibilities involve assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitoring their well-being, and documenting electronic health records. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities based on care plans
• Monitor residents' safety and well-being, reporting changes
• Document care and ADLs accurately in health records
• Maintain safety protocols and communicate effectively
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings
Requirements:
• PSW certification with at least 600 hours of training
• Experience in retirement or long-term care preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Communication skills in oral and written formats
• Recent health screenings and references required
