As an Assistant Site Superintendent, you will support on-site construction activities under the guidance of the Director, Operations. This full-time role calls for strong communication skills and a minimum of one year of experience in residential construction. You will ensure adherence to established safety protocols and assist in monitoring project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction of new homes throughout the process
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance
• Liaise with trade partners and suppliers effectively
• Monitor work against Qualico's standards and building codes
• Complete regular progress reports and assist project scheduling
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in homebuilding
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
