Senior Accounting Coordinator Exocor

Exocor is seeking a Senior Accounting Coordinator with full-cycle accounting and Excel expertise for its Niagara region finance team.
This new role supports transactional accounting and prepares the successful candidate for potential promotion to Accounting Manager. The position involves AP, AR, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, payroll, remittances, and financial statements. You will also support migration from Dynamics SL to Sage 300.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Manage invoicing and collections activities
Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations
Prepare payroll cycles and government source remittances
Support Sage 300 migration and financial statement preparation
Requirements:
Eight or more years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
Experience in senior accounting clerical work
Experience with Sage 300 or Dynamics SL preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Bring practical accounting expertise, reconciliation skills, and Excel proficiency to Exocor’s Niagara region finance team.
